MUZQEY crafts every leather jacket, t-shirt, and hoodie with care, and many of our pieces are made or finished to order. Because of this, our shipping timelines are slightly longer than typical fast-fashion brands — please read the details below before placing your order.
We encourage you to review this policy carefully before ordering so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins quality checks, packing, and (for leather jackets) final finishing. Processing typically takes 2 to 4 business days before your order is handed over to the courier.
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 16 to 20 days from the date of order confirmation, including processing and transit. This timeline applies to leather jackets, t-shirts, and hoodies alike, and may occasionally shift due to courier volume, weather, or regional accessibility.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real time using our Track Order page, which shows live courier status from pickup to delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any ongoing free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and applied automatically at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and city before placing your order. MUZQEY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
While our standard window is 16 to 20 days, occasional delays can occur due to courier logistics, extreme weather, public holidays, high-volume sale periods, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if a delay affects your order.
If your order contains multiple items (e.g. a leather jacket and a hoodie), it will typically be shipped together in a single package once all items have completed processing. In some cases, items may be shipped separately to avoid further delay, at no extra shipping cost to you.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after repeated attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
For orders shipped outside Pakistan, delivery timelines may extend beyond our standard 16 to 20 day window depending on destination and customs clearance. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
